1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products purchased directly from Lorynx.xyz within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging (if applicable). Please note that certain items, such as digital content (ebooks, reports, or online courses) or services, may not be eligible for return due to their nature.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@lorynx.xyz with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address, if necessary. Please do not send any items back to us without receiving confirmation from our customer service team.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Defective or Damaged Products

6. Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In cases where we offer a replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the new product.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
